Transforming Process Management with monday.com CRM

The Industry Skills Advisory Council of the Northern Territory needed to streamline complex processes, reduce manual work, and improve visibility across its operations. Existing systems limited efficiency and reporting capability.

Jackadder International implemented monday.com CRM to automate workflows, consolidate dashboards, and digitise previously manual forms. The project included requirements gathering, system design, integrations, data migration, and end-user training to ensure smooth adoption across the organisation.

The result was faster, more efficient processes, improved reporting, and empowered staff able to manage operations confidently. As CEO Amelia Nuku noted, Jackadder delivered “a high level of technical expertise, professionalism and service that goes above and beyond our expectations.”

Bringing Conveyancing into the Digital Age

The Northern Territory Government needed a modern, reliable approach to processing land and property transactions, with a clear pathway to eConveyancing. Existing systems were creating risk, inefficiency, and limiting future capability.

We worked with key agencies and external partners to develop a clear, evidence-based business case. This included assessing current challenges, analysing market options, recommending a best-fit solution, and defining costs, benefits, and future scalability.

The outcome was a funded program with agreed scope, budget, and timelines, giving government confidence to proceed. The project laid the foundation for a contemporary eConveyancing solution that improves efficiency, reduces risk, and supports long-term digital transformation.

Strengthening Stakeholder Engagement for the New Zealand Human Rights Commission

The New Zealand Human Rights Commission needed a better way to manage and understand its stakeholder relationships. While monday Work Management supported internal administration, it did not provide the visibility, reporting, or relationship insights required to support the Commission’s engagement, advocacy, and education work.

Jackadder International partnered with NZHRC to design and implement monday CRM Enterprise, tailored to how the Commission works. The solution consolidated stakeholder information into a single system, enabled relationship history tracking, integrated workloads and tasks, and introduced clear reporting on engagement activity and relationship health.

The result was a scalable CRM platform that improves visibility, accountability, and confidence in stakeholder engagement. NZHRC staff were trained and upskilled to manage the system independently, ensuring long-term ownership and supporting more informed decision-making across the organisation.

Modernising Student Management in NT Schools

The Northern Territory education system needed a modern approach to managing student information across diverse and remote school environments. Existing systems limited data quality, visibility, and collaboration across schools and the Department.

We partnered with government stakeholders to develop a comprehensive business case for a new student management system and supporting technologies. This work defined current challenges, high-level requirements, market options, and a best-fit solution capable of supporting future education reforms.

The business case secured funding for the first phase of a broader transformation program. Clear program parameters, governance, and quality assurance frameworks were established, providing confidence, transparency, and a strong foundation for long-term improvement across NT schools.

Centralising Program Delivery and Participant Management for Saltbush

Saltbush needed a centralised system to manage participant journeys, stakeholder relationships, and program delivery across its three priority programs. Existing processes were manual, fragmented, and had limited visibility, reporting, and evaluation.

Jackadder International implemented a unified monday.com CRM environment, creating connected workspaces for external stakeholder management and internal participant records. The solution centralised data, automated workflows, tracked mentoring, counselling, attendance, and outcomes, and provided structured reporting and dashboards for staff, leadership, funders, and government stakeholders.

The result was a single, cohesive platform that improves operational efficiency, strengthens program delivery, and provides clear insight into progress and outcomes. With reusable templates, documentation, and staff training, Saltbush now has a scalable system foundation to support long-term growth and confident management of participants and stakeholders.

Driving Efficiency in a Highly Regulated Environment

The Northern Territory Government needed to modernise complex revenue management processes within a highly regulated environment. Existing systems limited integration, efficiency, and the ability to support emerging business practices.

We worked closely with the Territory Revenue Office to develop a clear and defensible business case for a contemporary, integrated multi-stream revenue management solution. This included analysing legal and market considerations, defining business requirements, assessing solution options, and estimating costs and benefits.

The business case provided government with confidence in the strategic, financial, and long-term viability of the investment. Clear program parameters were established, enabling the project to commence with strong executive support, aligned resourcing, and a clear pathway to improved efficiency and productivity.

Our assurance approach combines strategic, technical, and contractual expertise to assess project health, identify emerging risks early, and provide practical guidance aligned to best practice.

Our assurance services have supported informed decision-making across multiple NT Government programs and systems, improving transparency, accountability, and confidence in delivery.
